Murder at The New Member Mixer
MURDER AT THE NEW MEMBER MIXER Friday, October 2 | 6:00 PM New faces, familiar Members, and one suspicious twist. Meet The Houston Club’s newest Members while helping us unravel a mystery on 49. This interactive mixer transforms introductions into an evening of clues, secret identities, suspicious alibis, and one carefully concealed culprit. Upon arrival, each attendee will receive a sealed case file containing a character assignment, three pieces of evidence, and a final accusation card. To solve the case, you will need to circulate, compare clues, question your fellow suspects, and determine who committed the crime, where it happened, and what was used. Be careful who you trust. One attendee will secretly receive the murderer’s card and may spend the evening protecting an alibi, planting suspicion, and attempting to escape detection. Once the investigation concludes, everyone will submit their final theory before the case is closed and the culprit is revealed. No acting experience is required. The characters and clues are lighthearted, low-pressure, and designed to make meeting someone new feel surprisingly easy. New Members, newly active Members, and longtime Members ready to make introductions are all encouraged to attend. Advance registration is requested.
