It’s an exciting time at Brookfield Country Club! From 2023 to 2024, we are undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation to upgrade many aspects of our property. We aim to elevate your experience and create a premier, family-first Club with unparalleled service and first-class amenities.

Renovations include:

  • Large-scale golf course dredging project

  • Install stone retaining walls around the greens on holes 14 and 15

  • Renovation of several tee boxes with leveling, enlarging and regressing the surfaces

  • Improve the cart paths in several areas throughout the course

  • Beautification and landscape project around the clubhouse, tennis facility and golf course

  • Convert the clay courts to LED and install lighting on courts 5 and 6

  • Updating racquet sports with the renovation of the tennis gathering area and pro shop

  • Upgrading and expanding the pool area

  • Renovate and modernize the wet areas of both the men’s and ladies locker rooms

Project Scope

Below you will find a high-level overview of the investment plan. Our goal is to upgrade your experiences while minimizing interruptions. We do not anticipate any significant disruptions during construction and will keep you informed throughout the project.

Enhanced Golf Experience

We are thrilled to announce the large-scale dredging project to remove sediment along #3 green and the lake on holes 14 and 15. We will also install stone retaining walls around the greens on holes 14 and 15, adding to the overall design and function of the holes.
 
In addition, we also complete a renovation of several tee boxes, leveling, enlarging and regressing the surfaces.
 
Cart paths will get a refresh in several areas throughout the course.
 
We are excited to see our transformation taking shape, providing an improved golf experience for our Members!

Landscaping

Our beautification and landscape projects are in full bloom at the clubhouse, tennis facility and golf course.
 
Vibrant colors and rich vegetation throughout the grounds will dazzle Members and guests, no matter the season.

Tennis Enhancements

Last year, we converted the lights on our hard courts to LED.
 
Now it’s time to convert the clay courts to LED and install lighting on courts 5 and 6 to finish our lighting upgrades.
 
With our upcoming renovation of the tennis gathering area, the stadium court will be the center of the tennis social scene.
 
We will also refresh the tennis pro shop to provide an even better place to gear up for your game.

Pool Refresh

Improvements to the pool area will spruce up your favorite summer hangout with resort-style amenities and create a fun-filled family hub where you can splash, play and lounge together.

Locker Room Improvements

We are excited to renovate the wet areas of the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms.
 
We will modernize the layout, look and function. These are a few of the only areas we have not improved in recent years, and we know these renovations will add to your enjoyment of the Club.
