Project Scope
The work will take place in multiple phases. We will keep you updated as we progress, and below you will find a high-level overview of the investment plan.
Enhanced Golf Experience
- Redesign and build of short game practice area
- Rebuild, level and sod driving range tee
- Repair and resurface cart paths
- Improve driving range target green area and drainage
- Addition of new mobile range tee cover
- Rebuild fourth green
Cart path repairs have begun with completion in the Spring; the driving range, fourth green and short game work began in December, continuing into this year.
Clubhouse Improvements
- Complete renovation of restaurant and bar
- Install cover with heaters on Member patio
- Renovation of banquet area
- Resurface parking lot
The clubhouse work is currently being designed by our architect and will significantly enhance the look and feel of the dining areas. As this is still in the planning process, work will likely begin early in 2024.

Full Golf
A membership experience with golf, tennis, athletics, bocce ball, pool, dining, and social events.
Racquet Sports
Privileges include tennis, pickleball, athletics, bocce ball, pool, dining and social events.
Social Athletic
Provides access to athletics, bocce ball, pool, dining and social events.
All Memberships include primary member, spouse and dependent children under 23 years of age
Golf
Our 18-hole championship course is one that golfers of all skills and levels will appreciate year-round. Throw in the beautiful surroundings, and your experience on the course can be both scenic and satisfying for your game.
Dining
We offer menus to fit the season and all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Dine in our comfortable dining room six days a week in the spring and summer and five days a week during the fall and winter.
Racquet Sports
Eight Nova tennis courts — including eight pickleball courts — make our tennis and pickleball program a highlight for Members. Wants to play tennis during the cold winter months? We have four courts under our heated "tennis bubble" during the winter.
Fitness
LifeFitness treadmills headline our wide array of exercise equipment, which all Members can take advantage of. Also enjoy fitness classes in the Clubhouse — everything from yoga to cycling to meet any of your fitness needs.
Swimming
Our outdoor pool offers a complete aquatic experience. Poolside cabanas, shuffleboard and a hot tub add to your swimming experience here. Also enjoy a tiny tots pool, adult lap swimming, a swim team, recreational time, and our poolside café.
Junior Programs
Here at Canterwood, we put a high priority on family, as you do. As such, we work hard to offer a multitude of events and programs that allow families to spend a lot of time together. Kids can also enjoy a wide variety of activities including year round tennis and golf, and events geared toward getting them active and involved at Canterwood.
