About Ozan

Ozan was born and raised in Adana, Turkey by the Mediterranean coast. He has been in the restaurant business since he was 13 years old. Hospitality runs in his family, he grew up helping his father and grandfather at their family owned cafeteria on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast; eventually studying hotel management in college before securing a food and beverage internship in the United States. Intending to only stay in the country a year, he gained experience at the Vail Marriott Resort & Spa, where he worked in every department in food and beverage.More than 15 years later he has made the U.S. his home with a career that included management at the now closed Tavolaccio Italian restaurant and wine bar in Edwards, Colorado where he was also on the opening team of Tavolaccio’s adjacent tapas bar.Prior to joining Invited he spent two and a half years with Kimpton Hotels, including Dupont Circle as General Manager of Restaurant Operations.
