TEEN FITNESS SEMINAR DATE - May 18 TIME - 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM PRICE - $125 AGES - 12-16 years Included in the price: (1) 60 minute seminar ($24) discussing: Gym Etiquette Benefits of Weight Training How to use equipment Posture & Form Peer Pressure in the Gym. (2) 30 minute 1 on 1 personal training sessions ($50/SESSION) Certification upon completion of the 3 sessions above. Ability to utilize the Fitness Center without direct supervision from parent or guardian.
