Speaker Series Interview with Award Winning NPR Reporter Wednesday, May 22 | 7 p.m. Mark Schreiner, an award-winning reporter and current Assistant News Director of NPR affiliate station WUSF 89.7, will be our featured guest. Moderator, Duggan Cooley, will be on hand to "interview" Mark about his career and experiences with NPR and journalism. A Q&A will follow the presentation. Complimentary Event for Members Registration is required online or call 727.784.8576 x3863 About Mark Schreiner: Mark has worn many hats during his impressive career in news journalism including producer, reporter, host, anchor, and editor to name a few. He has been honored with TWO regional Edward R. Murrow awards, and numerous additional accolades including awards from the Florida Association of Broadcast Journalists. Mark is currently Assistant News Director at NPR affiliate WUSF 89.7 and oversees news coverage during the midday and All Things Considered, as well as education coverage and news interns.
