Fair Oaks Offers Tennis For All Ages & All Levels

Welcome to the Fair Oaks tennis facility! With 14 courts lit for nighttime play and plenty of activity, we offer something for every player and skill level.

Adults can get involved in our in-house weeknight leagues. Men’s and ladies' leagues run year-round and are a great way to get to know fellow Members. Summertime brings mixed leagues and great Friday night fun for our couples. Daytime activity includes a ladies' in-house singles league and men’s and women’s USTA league play from the 2.5 – 5.0 levels.

We offer a year-round junior academy to groom your youngsters' tennis skills from our USTA 10 & under program to elite players. Little League allows younger kids to learn early match-playing skills and scoring. We also have a Junior Ladder program, giving our more experienced players match play against other juniors from the program in a challenging format.

Hone your skills in a lesson with one of our eight pros, including five USPTA-certified and three assistants. For individual practice, use our top-of-the-line ball machine.

At Fair Oaks, all your tennis needs are covered in our well-stocked Pro Shop. We've covered you, from apparel and shoes to racquets and stringing.

DRESS CODE

Proper tennis attire is required on the courts. Tennis shoes and shirts are necessary at all times; no dark-soled shoes or jogging shoes are allowed on the courts. Cut-offs and tank tops for men are not acceptable.

Jr. Tennis Development Programs

Our USTA ten (10) and under program at Fair Oaks is geared toward introducing kids to tennis and helping them develop the game's basic skills. Stroke fundamentals, proper footwork, and scorekeeping and game rules are emphasized. We aim to highlight the “fun” of the game at this level while trying to pique their interest. It's a chance for kids to learn tennis and have fun doing it. Ten and Under Tennis uses racquets, balls, and courts sized suitably for kids so they can learn absolute tennis right from the start.

Our Beginner / Intermediate Programs are designed to help kids develop the game’s basic skills. Stroke fundamentals and proper footwork are emphasized, along with eye-hand and agility work to improve their coordination and movement. We also like incorporating as many fun aspects of the game as possible to help spark their desire to play.

Our top group is structured w/ the actively competing Texas junior in mind. Most workouts are designed to be a live ball or pressure-enhanced to aid the developing player as they work their way up the junior ranks. Practices also include a heavy emphasis on conditioning & match play. We expect the juniors in this program to be actively playing tournaments and pursuing a ranking in the state.

NOTE: No refunds are given after the session or clinic has started. Also, 4-packs bought for any programs are good for one month from the purchase date. All Members and Non-Members welcome.
