About Rachael
New Jersey born, long-time Philadelphia resident and new West Coast resident, Rachael contributes a breadth of management experience in both independent restaurants and hotels. Rachael has managed several of Philadelphia's more well-known independent restaurants with restauranteurs such as Jose Garces (Distrito), Valerie Safran & Marcie Turney (Jamonera), as well as Urban Farmer (Logan Hotel) and Bank & Bourbon (Loew's Hotel). Rachael was the General Manager for 2 years at Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, PA and transferred as General Manager at Capital CLub on April 1st, 2022. Rachael particularly enjoys learning about spirits and wine, with a particular interest in craft cocktails. In June 2021, Rachael had her first daughter, Luna, and in her time away from the club enjoys newfound motherhood and spending time with family in New Jersey. Rachael is also a big fan of running outdoors.

About Gina
Gina Rodriguez joined the Capital Club family in 2006 as a Front Desk Concierge. Through her passion for hospitality, enduring professionalism and customer service mentality she was promoted to Member Relations Director in 2010. After dedicating 6 years to Member retention, Gina is excited to start her new journey as a Membership Director and looks forward to the opportunity to bring in new members to share the benefits of Club membership.Member interaction is Gina’s favorite part of her job and she is proud to say that she’s built a rapport with many members of the Capital Club during her tenure. About Nicole
Born in Colorado, and grew up in San Jose, attending downtown’s very own Notre Dame High School, Nicole joins us as Director of Member Experience with a breadth of leadership across multiple industries including Death Care, Education, Fitness, Food and Beverage, Nonprofit, Sports, Retail, and Tech. Nicole graduated from Colorado State with her bachelor’s degree and has a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Nicole’s passion is to make a difference in people’s daily lives through genuine connection and elevated experiences. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys sporting events, working out, music, and traveling – and get’s back to Colorado as often as she can to visit friends and family. Nicole is a doggy mom of a little terrier mix named Oliver, and a proud auntie to her niece.

About Roger
Chef Roger comes with 18 years of dynamic experience working in the Hospitality industry.Roger's budding career started with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Chef Roger began his years of success as Executive Chef Partner at the prestigious Roy’s Restaurant in Rancho Mirage, CA. Roy’s Restaurant is a high-end chain serving notable Chef Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaiian fusion fare in a contemporary setting.In recent years, Chef Roger went on to lead successful culinary teams at Sheraton Kauai Resort, in Poipu Beach, Hawaii and most recently at the Bay Club Company in San Francisco, CA as Regional Executive Chef.Chef Roger favors the finer things in sustainable, local ingredients, boasting bold flavors from both land and sea.
