Formerly known as the Panther Course, this par 72 runs just over 7,000 yards and has all the ingredients for a scenic and thrilling round of golf: deep woods, water around the greens, and exceptional Bermuda fairways. With a rich history and lush landscape, the North Course has been ranked one of the top golf courses in Houston.

Originally designed by Joe Lee and Robert von Hagge, the North Course was renovated and refined in 2002 by Roy Case, design consultant for the Arnold Palmer Management Company since 1997. Roy Case’s courses are known for their physical beauty, visual interest, and quality of play.

Course Highlights

Water encircles the 18th green, crowning this short par 4 and making for a memorable close to your round. Aim for the fairway then dial in your approach to avoid the hazard on 18, often hailed as the “Best Par 4 in Houston.”

Nature takes center stage at the North Course. Unwind amidst wooded scenery and beautiful emerald fairways, framed throughout by over 20 acres of Texas wildflowers. Relax with friends or get competitive, the choice is yours.

Course Highlights

The fourth hole is the course’s number 1 handicap—a par 5 running 600 yards from the tips. Go with driver for a chance at the green in two, but be mindful of the well-placed bunkers and narrow fairway. Careful layups and a confident swing reward most with a well-earned par.
