House Rules

The Club’s rules and regulations apply to all Members and their guests. Your assistance in following the rules and regulations noted below help contribute to healthier turf conditions and the overall enjoyment by you, your fellow Members and guests.

Carts/Course Care

Our golf course conditions continue to improve. Please ensure that you are doing your part to help. Members are being asked to focus on the following areas, which help contribute toward a well-conditioned and maintained golf course:

  • Except when cart path only is in effect, Members are expected to follow the 90-degree rule. Always avoid wet areas.
  • No more than three carts are allowed in any group, and Members using both private and Club carts are encouraged to pair up whenever possible. This helps reduce the amount of cart traffic and resultant damage to our narrow fairways.
  • Please repair your ball marks on the greens. Unrepaired ball marks take two to three weeks to properly heal, while a repaired ball mark only takes half that time to heal.
  • If you create divots, you should also repair them – that’s part of the etiquette of the game.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is to be worn on the golf course and practice facilities. Denim, cutoffs, jeans and jean shorts are not permitted on the golf course or practice areas. Shirts are to be tucked in. Jeans are allowed in the main dining room and men’s and ladies’ locker rooms.

Guidelines

All guests must be registered in the golf shop. Members must accompany their guests. Host Members are responsible for the conduct and proper dress of their guests (no blue jeans, cutoffs or T-shirts are allowed. Shirt must have a collar unless cold weather clothing like a turtleneck is worn.) Guest fees are for all day play for every day except holidays.

Tee times for less than four players are paired on weekends to make foursomes. You must have at least three players on Saturday, Sunday and holidays to tee off before 2 pm (1 pm during winter). No one guest may play more than nine times during the course of a year, regardless of the Member the guest plays with. Fivesomes are allowed. All players must ride in order to play a fivesome. (Exception: cart paths only will allow players in a fivesome to walk.)
