Anthem Golf & Country Club offers 36 holes of championship Scottsdale golf designed by Greg Nash. Exercise every aspect of your Anthem golf game on our sprawling private golf club Scottsdale courses featuring dramatic elevations, great views, multiple bunkers and large undulating greens all set against a mountainous, Sonoran desert backdrop.
The Persimmon and Ironwood courses both stretch more than 7,200 yards from the back tees and are true desert layouts. The more traditional Persimmon Course features a signature 18,000-square-foot double green that concludes both the 9th and 18th holes. The more challenging Ironwood tests low-handicap players, in particular when they arrive at “Anthem Alley,” the 10th through 12th holes that play around water to a par of 4, 3 and 5. Crush It! Juniors Program
Based on principles of the American Development Model (ADM), Anthem Golf & Country Club’s Crush It! Juniors Program is a game-changing golf development program designed to help your junior golfers develop a deep love for the game and the abilities needed to perform on the course.
Whether new or familiar with the game and for fun or friendly competition, the program provides kids with the tools to engage proactively in life and learn valuable lessons they can use in all areas of their lives, while at the same time enabling them to engage in developmentally appropriate experiences and learning opportunities that connect child and family at every step through a progression pathway.

Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or if you’re coming back to the sport after some time off, Anthem Golf & Country Club’s Game On! Program provides the ideal way for golfers to experience learning the game in an environment and structure that will enable them to build the skills, knowledge and social connections to actively play the game and maximize your Anthem Golf & Country Club membership.
Where Game On! differs from other traditional programs is that it does not measure success based on completing a set number of classes. Instead, success is defined when you have achieved the criteria set out within a 3-Level Progression Pathway that ensures you have harnessed the knowledge, experiences and appropriate level of skill to play the golf course. The length of time spent on the program varies between golfer but it’s why golf is a journey, not a marathon.

About Travis
Travis, a Pacific Northwest native, has been a PGA Class A Member for 12 years working in the private club sector on the west coast. During his time in California he was named San Joaquin Valley Chapter (Nor Cal) Golf Professional of the Year and Player of the Year. He joins us most recently from Broken Top Club in Bend, Oregon where he played a key role in building the membership to record numbers. His wife, Angie, is also an accomplished golfer and certified Sommelier. They have a daughter Addison (9) and rescue dog Rocky. When not playing golf, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is looking forward to spending more time with extended family in Arizona.

About Kyle
Kyle is class A PGA Professional (since 2012) and a graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. While attending school he gained valuable experience during his internships at Geneva National Golf Resort in Lake Geneva, WI, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, OR, and The Lakes Country Club in Palm Desert, CA. Kyle has been working in the golf industry since 2007 and started working at Anthem Golf and Country Club in the fall of 2016. Kyle started playing the game at the age of 7 when his grandmother enrolled him in the junior program at a local country club in his hometown in Wisconsin. Ever since then he has had a love for the game that continues to grow stronger every year. He enjoys staying competitive by playing in Southwest PGA Section Events during the summer months. He is very excited and honored to play a large part in Golf Operations here at Anthem and loves his role as the Director of Player Development.
