Capital City Club is a home for Montgomery’s best and brightest, who come together to collaborate, dine, learn, meet and celebrate life.

Exclusive but never exclusionary.

Since the revitalization of downtown Montgomery in 1976 and 1977, Capital City Club has played host to the city’s visionary leaders and social savants. The key social club in the heart of the downtown district, Capital City Club finally opened its doors in December of 1977. Its rich history includes a longstanding tradition of prestige and influence, and an enthusiastic community response – quickly growing to 900 Members.

Today, the Club remains an active and vital part of Montgomery’s downtown area, thanks to the insightful leadership of its board of directors and, mostly, its valued Members. Capital City Club is a place where diverse civic and business leaders come together to connect, collaborate and unwind. We take immense pride in our reputation for passionate service, outstanding experiences, building leaders and fostering community.

Meet Chef Rocky

Renowned and beloved Executive Chef Rocky Prince is an Alabama boy at heart. Born and raised in Birmingham, his experiences led him to top kitchens, from a French bistro in California to Montgomery's Itta Bena. In addition to his love for fresh ingredients, Chef Rocky is also deeply passionate about charity and hosts numerous special charity events each year.
