About Amanda
Since graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy, Amanda has been working in the fitness and wellness industry. After she completed her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, she began to narrow her focus to human performance and injury prevention as she gained more experience working with golf and tennis athletes. Most of Amanda’s fitness experience has been working in country clubs across Dallas including Northwood Club, Brookhaven Country Club and most recently as the Director of Wellness at Brook Hollow Golf Club where she started their wellness facility from the ground up. Outside of work, Amanda is a mother of two, her son Nolan is 3 years old and her daughter Landry is almost 3 months old. She enjoys staying active by running, hiking, rock climbing, and playing volleyball. Her love for adventure has led to some extreme traveling such as biking and backpacking across southern Germany and Switzerland.

Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, Shane was an Emergency Medical Technician. As an EMT, he developed a passion for helping others. Being a personal trainer allows him to merge his passion for fitness with his love of helping others and encouraging them to live better and healthier lives.His philosophy – “We never stop learning in life and we can all learn from each other."

During his studies, he learned about the intricacies of the swing and the biomechanics of this dynamic movement. He connected his interest in golf to his passion for fitness while interning at an elite athlete strength and conditioning facility in Boston. With his knowledge of the biomechanics of the swing, he accepted a position with a golf fitness training company, in Dallas Texas. Here he trained high-level athletes ranging from junior golfers, collegiate golfers, and executive golfers, to adult seniors, while continuing to expand his knowledge of how the body moves through the golf swing. Kian is motivated and passionate about using fitness to help people perform their best and feel their best, on and off the course.

About Paxton
Paxton is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, completing his Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship from University of Alabama at Birmingham in one year, later becoming a trainer through ACSM. Having worked with hundreds of clients, customizing sustainable nutrition and exercise programs that work, focusing on long term success of client’s goals. His experience as a Dietitian allows him to work with clients with any medical background and has helped many get off their Diabetes Mellites medications, correct metabolic syndrome, improve hypothyroidism, along with many other medical diagnoses. Currently, Paxton is pursuing to become a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition as his pursuit of athletics lead him into nutrition after learning how important nutrition is to optimized performance. Now he is focused on helping dedicated individuals improve their quality of life through custom nutrition and fitness coaching, helping clients reach and maintain their goals.

Felicia has a passion for fitness, movement, good nutrition, and heathy choices that she loves to share with others. She is experienced in instructing multiple formats including Pilates, Weightlifting, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing, Barre and Senior Fitness. What Felicia enjoys most about being a fitness instructor and personal trainer is having the opportunity to encourage and inspire others to reach a little further, try a little harder and push the boundaries that they think limit their abilities. “It’s wonderful to see the mental and physical transformations that can happen!
