Our cardiovascular floor has a variety of treadmills, an elliptical trainer, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, stair-steppers and rowing machines. The third floor has a full circuit of FreeMotion equipment, free weights and an aerobic/cycling room as well as medicine balls, stability balls, bands and plenty of other functional training equipment to help make your workout fun and effective.
