Legendary course designer Alfred H. Tull laid out our course nearly 70 years ago, and it stands today as a prime opportunity to perfect your game and enjoy the company of other Norbeck Members. At more than 7,000 yards, our course is one of the most competitive in the vicinity of our nation's capital with a variety of different tees suitable for all players. Having updated the course in summer 2020, we promise you a golf experience you won't forget.

Our boutique, 1,400-square-foot fitness center offers workout tools of all kinds, whether you're working on cardio, strength, flexibility or all of the above, as well as heavy machinery like treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers. Group fitness classes help Members keep up with their fitness regimen.

Swimming

Want to take a dip at Norbeck? Members can enjoy a variety of swimming options in our aquatics facility, including lap lanes, a children's area and a kiddie pool for our youngest Members. Lessons for any level of swimmer, as well as a competitive swim team, entice swimmers of all ages. Throughout the swim season, we also offer social events by the pool. And of course, swimmers can always enjoy a bite poolside thanks to our snack bar. Dive in!

Racquet Sports

With nine Har-Tru courts outside and three inside courts, our state-of-the-art racquet sports facility will never fail to satisfy Members' need to pick up a racquet, rain or shine. A maintained grounds and ample space for viewing matches, as well as a junior program for kids ages 4 to 18 (including a popular summer camp) all complement Norbeck's racquet sports offerings. We cater to Members of any age or ability, whether they've never picked up a racquet or see Wimbledon as their next stop. We offer clinics and lessons for all ages and abilities.
