Class Schedule & Descriptions

Monday | 9:00 AM 
Cycle - The perfect endurance movement for those interested in cross-training and building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Ride at your own level with the guidance and encouragement of a certified instructor. A variety of simulated terrains include level ground, jumps, hills as well as high-intensity interval training. All fitness levels.  

Monday | 10:00 AM 
Barre - is an exciting fitness ‘Barre’ workout. It is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet variable intensity, using ½ pound gloves from start to end of class. 

Tuesday | 10:00 AM 
Booty + / Total Body Toning - is a concentrated workout focused on developing and toning your gluteal muscles to stabilize and strengthen your body using power bands. The + combines upper body and core work for an overall total body toning workout.  

Wednesday | 5:30 AM
Spin - A highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. All fitness levels. 

Wednesday | 9:00 AM
Yoga - Great for all yogis! This slow-flow style of movement builds on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. 

Wednesday | 6:00 PM
Yogalates - A hybrid of Stott Pilates and Yoga poses creating a flow that targets all major muscle groups. Emphasis on core and maintaining a constant breath throughout the practice as well as implementing stretches during the warm-up, work and cool-down phases of the practice. All levels.  

Thursday | 5:30 AM
Boot Camp - A high-intensity, full-body workout. This class incorporates dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, bars, kettlebells, etc. With varied intervals and multi-directional movements which help develop more cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength. The workouts vary week by week.  

Thursday | 9:00 AM

Muscle Fusion - is a full body strengthening and lengthening form of exercise with an emphasis on strengthening the core (powerhouse, center, trunk, etc) muscles. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.
