Videoconferencing
Experience the highest quality and greatest value in videoconferencing. For meetings that already regularly take place and require face-to-face communication, videoconferencing can be a substitute for the actual physical presence of remote participants. Meeting Services
Our Club has properly equipped conference rooms, with up to date audio visual capabilities, conducive to business meeting and presentation needs. We support all types of business activities including conducting interviews, hosting executive board meetings, seminars and training sessions. Full catering services are available for all events.
Concierge Services
We have an available list of local quality hotel contacts to assist with requests for reservations for your traveling convenience or out-of-town guests. The Club has access to local high-end transportation for your convenience when traveling from the airport or local hotels. If you wish to entertain on a golf course, the Club can make arrangements with local high-end golf courses.

About Maureen
Maureen Coyle joined the Pyramid Club in 1997 as the Club’s Membership Director. Prior to joining the Club, Maureen worked for Techni-Tool for five years as their Telemarketing Manager. She oversaw their Telemarketing and Mailing List departments, and created a Lead Qualifying Department as well as piloted an International Telemarketing Department. Prior to joining Techni-Tool, she was a Regional Recruiter for MetLife for five years. She was responsible for rebuilding their sales force that had been depleted as a result of their withdrawal from marketing auto insurance in PA.She began her career after attending Chestnut Hill College by working in their Admissions Office as an Admissions Counselor. Her position there was to recruit new students, to one of the few women’s colleges, during a period that challenged the value of an all-women’s institution. In 1987, she received her Master of Education.
