Crush It! Juniors Program
Based on principles of the American Development Model (ADM), the Crush It! Juniors Program at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch is a game-changing golf development program designed to help your junior golfers develop a deep love for the game and the abilities needed to perform on the course.
Whether new or familiar with the game and for fun or friendly competition, the program provides kids with the tools to engage proactively in life and learn valuable lessons they can use in all areas of their lives, while at the same time enabling them to engage in developmentally appropriate experiences and learning opportunities that connect child and family at every step through a progression pathway.

Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or if you’re coming back to the sport after some time off, the Game On! Program at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch provides the ideal way for golfers to experience learning the game in an environment and structure that will enable them to build the skills, knowledge and social connections to actively play the game and maximize your membership.
Where Game On! differs from other traditional programs is that it does not measure success based on completing a set number of classes. Instead, success is defined when you have achieved the criteria set out within a 3-Level Progression Pathway that ensures you have harnessed the knowledge, experiences and appropriate level of skill to play the golf course. The length of time spent on the program varies between golfers but it’s why golf is a journey, not a marathon.

About Jim
We would like to welcome Jim Sanders back to Stonebridge Ranch Country Club as our next Director of Golf and Assistant General Manager. Jim has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the golf industry and has served as General Manager at Lantana Golf Club for the past 4 years. Prior to Lantana, he spent time as our Director of Golf, General Manager & Director of Golf at Gentle Creek Golf Club, and as the Head Golf Professional at several North Texas courses including Thorntree Country Club, Bridlewood Golf Club, and The Lakes at Castle Hills. Jim graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Management and was a four-year letterman on the Red Raider Golf Team. He has been married for 25 years to his wife, Brandy, and they have two children, Brittney and Braeden, both of whom attend Texas Tech University. They currently live in Allen and have called that area home for the past 18 years.

About Cliff
Cliff is joining us with 15 years of golf teaching experience. While competing at the collegiate level, he began teaching in the Hank Haney junior summer camps and junior development programs. This is when he realized his passion for teaching golf. Over the years, Cliff continued to develop his teaching while working at the Hank Haney Golf Ranch. He has been involved in all programs from private lessons, junior development, golf schools, training instructors, and corporate clinics. Cliff has been voted on to Golf Digest’s Best Teachers in the State of Texas since 2016 and this past year was named one of Golf Digest’s Best Young Teachers in America.

About Sarah
Sarah grew up in Roswell, New Mexico and attended Eastern New Mexico University. Upon graduation she pursed her dream of moving to Dallas in 2014. She began her career at Invited in 2014 at Gleneagles Country Club as the Private Events Coordinator. Before returning to Invited at Stonebridge Ranch, Sarah was the Private Events/Member Relations Director at Lantana Golf Club and Catering Coordinator at Wolfgang Puck.
Sarah has a passion for building relationships and meeting new people! She is excited to be apart of the Membership team here at Stonebridge Ranch.
In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading and playing golf!
