Reach Your Fitness Goals at Crow Canyon

Our fitness center features start-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment including, top of the line life fitness treadmills, Precor elliptical, and concept 2 rolling machines, in addition to our weight area, we have a full line of life fitness resistance equipment, as well as a cable cross and free weights.

Group Exercise: Fitness classes are offered six days a week, where you can increase your flexibility, improve your cardiovascular endurance, and strengthen and tone your muscles by taking one or all of our exciting group classes. Our classes provide a variety of levels and teaching styles in order to maximize your enjoyment and results. We invite you to experience the benefits of group exercise with us at Crow Canyon Country Club. The fitness center also offers personal training for an additional cost. We also have a dry sauna and a whirlpool.
