About Sharon
I was born and raised in Chicago, currently I am living in Arlington heights with my family. I have two children, Michael and Catherine who are also in the industry. My career path has always been one that involves hospitality, for that is where my passion lies. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Throughout my career in this industry, I have worked both front and back of the house, equally loving the culinary and management sides of both worlds. Prior to Ravinia Green, I was the Senior Director of Operations at Carnivale, a premier dining destination in the west loop. I also worked for Hostmark Hospitality as their resort service trainer for new acquisitions. I take great pride in what I do and will always do my best to provide our members and guests with the best level of service and cuisine that we can provide!

Phil Ortiz
First Assistant Golf Professional
Serving since 2022
About Phil
I grew up in the Bay Area of California and later, Albuquerque, New Mexico playing primarily soccer and baseball. I began to learn about golf during my freshman year of college and became consumed, as I am sure you may be as well, chasing that white ball down the rough and enjoying the camaraderie of others endeavoring the same pursuit to score better than the day before. I took my first Player’s Ability Test one and a half years later and missed by one stroke. Later, I passed. Golf career-wise, I began working in an off-course retail shop which expanded over time. During the dot-com boom, I ran the daily operations for a website in which we sold golf equipment over the internet. Two and a half years later the company sold and I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. I tried out a couple other industries, but golf remained a passion.
