Dear Tony, We hosted a Jr High graduation party a week and a half ago and it was perfect. I bumped into a friend of mine who is a Briarwood member and was a guest at the party. He RAVED about the service at RG and how it blew his club’s service away. Too many people are critical of the service at our club. Many of us realize that it is tough to get seasonal help (especially now) and many of them have little or no experience. But when this inexperienced staff knocks it out of the park and impresses members of a neighboring club, you deserve some kudos. Great job! -Dr. Jeffery Alexander |

Dear Ravinia Green Team, We can’t even begin to thank you enough for everything. You could not having been any easier to work with. You always answered any of our millions of questions immediately and graciously (no matter how ridiculous). You have the patience of a saint. You always went above and beyond. When we couldn’t find our coordinator, you stepped in and fixed everything. Even after the wedding Saturday when we were stuck there after midnight bc we lost the backpack and our car keys, you insisted on staying there helping us. Your dedication is exemplary and the club is incredibly lucky to have you. We’ve never worked with anyone who came close to you. You made everything perfect (by the way, everyone is raving about the food being exceptional) and we are so grateful. |

Alayna, On behalf of the hostesses and myself, I am sending you a huge enthusiastic heartfelt thank you for helping us to host such a beautiful bridal shower for Becca at Ravinia Green Country Club held on Sunday, May 2. Throughout the process, you and your staff were always so open and flexible in accommodating our every wish! For every call and visit, your warm and welcoming receptionist, Mary Anne made a great first impression. Follow that up with our multiple conversations and meetings detailing the flow and setup of the room and surrounding areas, the contract and creating customized menu selections with Executive Chef Ryan Byrnes and the impeccable collaboration made the planning process seamless. The hostesses could not have asked for a more stunning day to enjoy a delicious bountiful brunch in your sun-filled space overlooking the Ravinia Green’s manicured golf course. Chef Ryan rocked ALL of my special menu requests regarding the customized quiche flavors (so yummy) and the special surprise dessert: pink vanilla milkshakes adorned by the bride, Becca’s favorite treat - homemade glazed sprinkle donuts! They were the cutest and BEST surprise and loved by all! Everything was outstanding! We greatly appreciate your efforts and will happily recommend Ravinia Green Country Club to anyone we know who is hosting an event. Until then, we wish you much-continued success. My Family and I just wanted to extend my gratitude to you and your incredible staff this Summer. With the staff shortage and supply chain disruption in every industry, you guys crushed it. From Chris getting us signed up , to Gabriella and her big smile while I watched her getting hammered by other members in 100 degrees, My Family of 6 (2-44) enjoyed all the club offered and your staff was always courteous, responsive and went out of their way to make sure all of us were golden. We had the most interaction with the pool staff and Gabriella, and they crushed it for our little guys! Texting was super instrumental in keeping my circus on track and Mary Anne was always accommodating. I would like to point out that we have been at clubs most of our lives and Ravinia provides the best value and experience in the area. We look forward to next year. - Chris Trapani, Current Member |

Hi Alayna, Our party was a smashing success thanks to your efforts and the participation of your wonderful staff. Nestor and Sylvia were attentive and on top of everything. Our agents were very pleased with their food options and the presentation was great. My salmon was perfectly cooked as was the asparagus. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. Once again a winning event. Actually it turned out to be a very good event because our agents overbid in the silent auction and we raised lots of cash to purchase food for the underserved food pantries in the area. Everyone including the corporate attendees commented on the food, room and overall upscale presentation. Ravinia Green is a class act! You are a pleasure to work with! |

Tony, Hope you are doing well. I've been meaning to email you for a while and actually spoke to Paula about it too. With this announcement, it was time! We are so excited to see Gabriella take on an expanded role and be promoted at the Club. We have been having amazing experiences with her. She is so courteous, pleasant, enthusiastic, and always with a smile on her face and a can-do attitude. She makes everything look so easy, where we know it's not. To her, every Member of the Club is a VIP. Our Club is where she belongs.
