Tevon fell in love with sports at an early age. Growing up, that’s all he would do for hours. He played and participated in numerous sports. He played organized football, basketball, track and field, and baseball. Tevon noticed his favorite part of playing sports would always be the “Preparation and Work” that you needed to perform better in that sport. He enjoys helping others achieve their fitness and athletic goals through the Process and Preparation

Stephanie's dream job as a professional dancer was sidetracked by a series of spine surgeries to correct a genetic disorder. She currently lives with chronic pain but has learned how to compensate by utilizing exercises tailored to her unique body and accepting her limitations. Stephanie thrives when she's helping others achieve their goals, experiencing the many benefits that movement offers, and accepting that curveballs in life should not define us.

Sydney became a personal trainer so she could help clients reach their goals through nutrition combined with exercise. Sydney concentrates on expanding her clients' current mobility goals to help increase their range of motion and decrease potential injuries. I believe everyone can and should find some healthy habits that work for them in their lives so that they can live better. Good health will carry over and improve every other aspect of your life.
I have been helping people with their fitness goals in less involved ways for years but have been doing so professionally since 2019. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Outside of fitness, I enjoy reading books, golfing, and playing video games. I also have a 1-year-old son that I spend a lot of time playing with.I became a personal trainer because pursuing my own fitness and health changed my life for the better. Feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident allowed me to perform better at everything else I pursued in my life. Now I know that without these health habits, I am not my best self. I want to help others achieve this for themselves. If everyone is at their best, the world’s a better place.
