What happens in a child's early years sets the foundation for all the years to follow. Recognizing the upmost importance of the early childhood period, Hasentree works to promote and inspire the highest quality of early childhood experiences with the Child Development Corner. Your family can enjoy an amenity unlike any other Country Club community in the Triangle, with a full-time staff devoted to the care of your children.

Our Child Development Corner and Family Activity Club are run by Paige Crist. Paige graduated magna cum laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development: Birth through Kindergarten with teacher licensure. In 2020, Paige received her Master's in education with a focus on Inclusive Early Childhood Education from UNC Chapel Hill. She is an emerging early childhood professional and advocate for excellence in early care and education. Working in the field of early childhood, Paige serves as a Program Support Staff member for the North Carolina Association for the Education of Young Children (NCaeyc). She regularly attends NC Child Care Commission and NC Child Care Coalition meetings and has shown an astute capacity for understanding public policy, advocacy issues and strategies. Paige is extremely passionate about working with children, and it is easy to see she is loved by all.
